DIAGNOSTIC · 1 HOUR, BY VIDEO · €200 EXCL. VAT

Is your AI-generated code ready for production?

You moved fast with an AI assistant, or your team did. The demo works. But nobody can say what will happen with real users, real data, and a user count that jumps all at once.

Who it is for

Founder, product lead or technical director, with a prototype or a first version that has a threshold to cross.

Ce que je fais

Sixty minutes by video. I have read what you sent me beforehand — you keep control of your code, you are the one who runs the reading script — and the hour is spent reporting back, ranking and deciding.

  1. 1

What can leak or lose data

The paths by which information leaves the system without anyone having decided it should.

  2. 2

What can be breached with nothing to signal it

The rules of your business that hold because nobody has yet tried to cross them.

  3. 3

What will cost most to take back later

The decisions that will be paid for in rewrites, and when they will be paid for.

What you receive

  • Within 24 hours, a written and prioritised list of your three main risks
  • Readable by a non-technical decision-maker and by your developer alike
  • For each line: what is fixable as it stands, what will have to be redone, and why

The scope

In one hour I see what one hour allows, and I tell you explicitly what I left aside. The fixing comes after the session, in the cold light of day, once we know what it would move. The session is paid for, so it belongs to you: you leave with the list, and what follows is decided with it.

Après

The three-day audit, if you want the full map and the order of the work — and I will tell you if the hour was enough.

The questions I get asked

Is an hour not a little short to say anything useful?

Short for saying everything, enough for the essentials. I am not after exhaustiveness: I am after the three things that will be paid for first. Three places are enough to locate them — the structure of the project, its dependencies, and where it handles money and personal data. Demonstrating, costing and sequencing is the business of the three-day audit, not of the session.

What happens after the session?

You leave with a written, prioritised list your developer can apply, a supplier can cost, and you can show an investor. The fixing comes in the cold light of day: I fix once I know what the fix would move, and on code I am discovering, that knowledge builds after the session.

Do you use AI during this reading?

Yes, and I run the tools in front of you. What you pay for is not what the tool produces — you could run it yourself. It is the sorting: the three remarks that matter among the forty, and the places where I tell the tool no, explaining why it is wrong about your project.
